Every month that your account has a balance, you'll receive a statement by mail detailing your account activity for the most recent billing cycle. For your convenience, most of the information contained in your statement is also available online.

Among the information included in your statement:

  • All of Your Charges, Fees, and Credits
  • Your Balance, Credit Line, and Available Credit
  • Your Minimum Payment and Payment Due Date
  • Recent Transactions and Important Messages about Your Account
Questions about interest or fees on your statement?
  • Please refer to the Account Agreement mailed to you when you opened your account.
  • Or call the toll-free number provided on the back of your card.

That way, if you see a discrepancy, you can take care of it right away.

Use your statement as a budgeting tool, since it clearly outlines your spending.

Take a look under "Account Summary" on your statement.
There, you'll find your transactions sorted by category (e.g., cash advances vs. purchases).
