Credit Card Safety
We recommend you follow these safety measures to protect your account and avoid unauthorized use of your account number(s).

8 ways to safeguard your credit card account:

  1. Sign your card as soon as you receive it, or you can write “Ask for ID” on the signature panel.
  2. Always keep your card in a safe and secure place.
  3. If you have a Personal Identification Number (PIN), store it separately from your card.
  4. Don’t give your credit card number to anyone, except when ordering by phone or through the Internet — and only from reputable companies!
  5. If you need to cancel a reservation made with your card, do so well in advance. Write down the cancellation code and/or the name of the person you spoke with.
  6. When you no longer need records containing personal account information, don’t simply discard them — destroy them.
  7. If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, please call us immediately at 800-356-0011.
  8. Cancel unused cards.
