There are three convenient ways you can make a credit card payment:
Pay Online
You can pay your credit card bill online and we'll deduct your payment from your personal checking account. It's quick and easy. Log In or Register Now for Online Services. A fee applies if you want your payment credited on the same day it is made. The fee amount will be disclosed at the time of the transaction.
Pay by Phone
With PaySmartSM, our automated phone system, you can call us to make a payment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A fee applies. Simply call the toll-free number on the back of your card.
Pay by Mail
- Write a check or money order payable to Washington Mutual (include your account number to avoid delays in processing your payment).
- Detach the payment coupon and include it with your check or money order.
- Mail your payment to: Washington Mutual, P.O. Box 660548, Dallas, TX 75266-0548.

Allow time for mail delivery.
If you're paying by mail, we recommend that you send your payment 7 to 10 days before the due date.
Pay the minimum amount due — or more.
You must send at least the minimum amount due each month. By sending more, you can pay down your balance faster and pay less in finance charges.
