Lost or Stolen Cards 800-356-0011
If someone steals your credit card or account number and uses it without your knowledge, you will not be responsible for unauthorized charges. You must report the theft immediately by calling us at 800-356-0011. You may call anytime, day or night. As a reminder, when you allow someone else to use your account, you will be responsible for that person's transactions, even if they exceed your authorization.

How to resolve Error in Billing issues:

  1. Contact the merchant involved regarding the bill in question. If you have a dispute over the quality and/or the delivery of goods or services, first try to resolve it with the merchant.
  2. If you can't determine who made the charge, fill out an Error in Billing form and return it to us within the time specified or call us at 800-356-0011.
  3. Know your rights/Truth-in-Lending guidelines. You have the right to dispute the charge within 60 days after the date we sent the first statement on which the charge appears. In the case of unauthorized charge disputes, your legal rights are protected after 60 days.
How does your credit card account protect you?

Helpful Tips

If you do not recognize a charge on your statement:

  • FIRST ask your family or authorized users if they used your card.
  • Consider mail-order merchants who may bill from a location you may not recognize.

If the merchant gives you a refund, be sure to get a credit slip.
Then, if your account is not credited within 30 days, we can process the credit for you.

Cancel a membership, subscription, insurance, etc. by writing to the company.
Send us a copy of your cancellation letter, and we'll follow up on your dispute.

Address issues immediately.
You should deal with billing disputes as soon as possible, since it's more difficult to resolve a dispute in your favor once you've made a payment on a questionable charge.
