If you do not recognize a charge on your statement:
- FIRST ask your family or authorized users if they used your card.
- Consider mail-order merchants who may bill from a location you may not recognize.
If the merchant gives you a refund, be sure to get a credit slip.
Then, if your account is not credited within 30 days, we can process the credit for you.
Cancel a membership, subscription, insurance, etc. by writing to the company.
Send us a copy of your cancellation letter, and we'll follow up on your dispute.
Address issues immediately.
You should deal with billing disputes as soon as possible, since it's more difficult to resolve a dispute in your favor once you've made a payment on a questionable charge.
